Your refund has been processed. Your email confirmation serves as proof that your refund was processed successfully. Your refund will not appear on your statement as a credit, deposit, or new transaction. 

When you pay a deposit, we place an authorization hold in the amount of your deposit on your method of payment. This hold appears as pending transaction from AutoBidMaster. When a refund is processed, we void the authorization hold and your bank releases the funds, removing the pending transaction. 

Please check the date of the original transaction on your account statement and confirm that the pending transaction has been removed. If you are still showing a transaction for your security deposit, please contact your bank for additional information on their pending hold policies.
